Shuckers Oyster Bar in Seattle is one of Seattle's oldest and oyster bars. With a daily menu featuring a selection of fresh fish and seafood, Shuckers brims with 13 different kinds of oysters prepared 9 different ways and features local artisan microbrews.
The seafood chowder was weak but the Shucker's said was decent. Service quality was so so.
A masculine space with a great menu. The scallops and crab-whipped potatoes were great (and I don't like scallops). The only thing that would improve is if they joined http://smartcatch.fish/
Salmon was very good. pricey tho. crab Mac/cheese was SO greasy, as well as the tempura asparagus. Caesar (the drink) was perfect!!
My foodie aunt says "Order a dozen of Fanny Bay (my favorite and you can't get them here.) Sit at the bar. Happy hour 3-5 weekday $1/oyster. A STEAL."
