Try the Creole Cocktail: Old Overholt, agnostura, benedictine and their blend of Italian bitters (House Amer)
I've got a penchant for absinthe, and The Bachelor, served here, is my favorite vehicle for the spirit. Though the menu has expanded to include full courses, the oysters are still my #1.
What a GREAT atmosphere: really nice. And the sea urchin ravioli is to die for!
Literally one of my fave places in NY! Amazing cocktails, oyster selection, swoony setting, and an extensive absinthe menu! Ask for the absinthe with half the water. They dilute it far too much.
